WHAT TO DO NEXT?
STEP ONE:
I have just sent you an email, so check your inbox (including spam and junk). Please make sure I am marked as 'safe' on your email contacts as I will be sending you habit building trainings each day during the challenge.
STEP TWO:
You will receive an email from the app (Trainerize - Sweat It). Make sure you click on the set up link and add you details. This link will expire, so best to do it straight away. On the first day of the challenge you will get access to your daily habits and workouts in the app.
STEP THREE:
Come and joint he Facebook Community and introduce yourself. This is where I will go live morning at 8am UK time with your training for the day. It's available on the replay too if that time doesn't suit you.
STEP FOUR:
Download your Success Guide below which has the layout of the whole challenge and how this works.
I am EXCITED for you to get started. These habits are a game changer, and once you become a pro at habit building you can build any habit you want to become better each and every day!
