Who is Carys?
I am a British Mum living in Mallorca, Spain, with my Swedish hubby, my little daughter Indy Rose and my growing bump.
After 10 years in the professional dance industry and running my body and self-esteem through the wringer, I needed to strike a balance. A balance between looking fit, feeling fit and being mentally fit!
I am pre and postnatal certified.
After falling in love with lifting weights and actually enjoying food, my love for my body and confidence grew and I cannot wait to support you through this journey.
I now wish this same experience for every single women who enters one of my programmes!
