Start on the first Monday after purchase and Carys will take you through the programme week by week. (This is not self-paced). All programmes include customised nutrition goals, an exclusive app to track progress and chat to your coach, nutrition classes, mindset classes, group support and everything availible in the membership.
Most people start with 'Beginner Bootcamp' or 'Bootcamp' and either repeat each programme 2 x or move to the next. If you decide to repeat you will get a 15% discount!
