Meet your coach...
Hi I'm Carys (rhymes with Paris), We are going to be getting to know each other a lot over the course of the next year as I take you on a transformational journey with your health, fitness, mind and body.
I am a weight loss, fitness and mindset coach, mum of two, and chief motivator to all the ladies in the Sweat It Squad.
My passion in life is helping women feel confident, strong, and their absolute best selves.
You will see when you come into Sweat It that this is like no fitness programme you have done before. My mission is to not only change you body so you feel strong, toned, light and powerful, but to transform you from the inside out. I will help you boost your confidence, your happiness and help you live each day the the most bad ass version of you!
I cannot wait to work closely with you, to unlock your best weight loss results, ultimate fitness results and help you live your best life!
How the squad works...
After working with hundreds of women to lose weight and feel their best I know exactly what you need on this journey.
The Sweat It Squad is set up to give you maximum accountability, to encourage you to create a 'health and wellness lifestyle' that suits you. You will be shown how to make decisions for your body from a place of empowerment and self-love. This is not a one size fits all journey.
By taking ownership for you journey and committing to the squad and being support by Carys and the co-coaches is how you will get the most incredible results that you could only dream of!
There are (8 workout programmes and expanding) and after your initial call with Carys you path to your results will become clear.
This is not a place to be perfect but a place to learn, grow and become the best version of you.
💪🏼 Upon joining the squad you will get instant access to the members area where you can find all 5 at-home workout programmes, pick n mix workouts, and masterclasses.
💪🏼We will then schedule a 30 min 1:1 call where Carys can see what your goals are and create a custom path for you.
💪🏼During your time in the squad we will schedule you specific 'coached programmes' which will be in a personal training app separate from the members site. - This is the best place for custom nutrition tracking, accountability, physique tracking and support.
It is here that gym workouts will be scheduled if you require them.
💪🏼Carys' co-coach and accountability cheerleader; Mel is on hand through instant messaging in this app to support you every step of the way.
