A little something called EFT tapping...
EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is the fastest and most effective way to release your fears, blocks and limiting beliefs (the stuff that's actually holding you back in your business) and reprogramme your mind for unshakable confidence, success, creativity and resilience.
Look, running a business is not all sunshine and rainbows and we need potent and powerful tools like EFT to make sure we don't crumble under the pressure, to perform at our best, to make great decisions, to tap into creative thinking and to deal with rejection and fear.
You should enjoy working in your business, enjoy the money you make and opportunities that come your way. EFT tapping will free up the path to all of that being your reality.

So how does 'The Tap Into Business Collective' work?
We meet twice a week to put some rocket fuel under your business and help you get out of your own way so your dream business becomes your reality.
Session One - THE TAP - Carys leads a group EFT Tapping deep dive. This is not your 10 minute tap you will find on youtube. In this session we go deep on a collective fear or limiting belief that you are holding in your business. It's funny how we are all held back by the same things and tapping on them together is a powerful experience.
Session Two - THE ACCELERATOR - In this session we share what we've been working on and what we are struggling with. Carys will coach you to bring out the best and most authentic ideas from you so you will feel empowered and in control. You will go away with an action plan to put into place. Please note, Carys will never 'tell you' how to run your business or give you a 'method'. She does use her 10 years experience in the in-person and online space, but we will always 'run everything through your own authority centre' before you commit to any action. This is the most effective way to create a business that works for you, and that you love working in!
Between Sessions - Once you are feeling clear from the tapping and you have an action plan in place, our collective group is there between calls for accountability and support. Carys is in the group Monday to Friday to coach you through any sticky moments and motivate you.
Coworking - For one week each month we swap our tapping and accelerator sessions for 2 coworking sprints. This is where you can really move the needle and get everything done with your collective around you for support.
