Hi I'm Carys,
I created this space to be the group I wish I had in my early business years.
Nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring and nervous system capacity expansion are the underpinning foundations of the group. I learnt the hard way when running my 6-figure business ended in burnout and extreme anxiety in 2023.
Alongside this I have created a space where every member is valued as a contributor, space is held for the down days just as much as the celebrations as we walk the path of business growth together, making genuine connections along the way.
